Hardtech provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped. This page explains how and when our services are delivered.
1. How services are delivered
- Websites and stores: built directly on your Shopify or WordPress account, or handed over with admin access.
- Designs, files and reports: shared by email, Google Drive, WhatsApp or a shared link.
- SEO blogs and content: published to your website or shared as documents, as agreed.
- Ads, social media and maintenance: performed on your accounts, with updates by email or WhatsApp.
No shipping or delivery charges apply.
2. Delivery timelines

Timelines start once we receive the advance payment and all the content, access and approvals needed. They are estimates and may move if feedback, content or access is delayed, or because of third-party platform issues.
3. Confirmation
After payment, you receive an order confirmation or invoice by email. We then contact you within 2 working days to start the project.
